Welcome to Here to Fly (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing this website and/or booking a course, training, or activity with Here to Fly, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Here to Fly provides paragliding courses, coaching, and related services.

2. Eligibility & Requirements

To participate in any Here to Fly activity, you must:

  • Hold a valid paragliding license, recognized in the country where the course takes place,
  • Have a valid insurance policy covering paragliding, including medical expenses and repatriation,
  • Meet the required skill level for the selected course,
  • Be physically and mentally fit to practice paragliding.

Here to Fly reserves the right to refuse or stop participation if these conditions are not met.

3. Safety & Responsibility

Paragliding is an inherently risky sport.

Each participant remains fully responsible for their own decisions, including:

  • weather assessment,
  • takeoff and landing decisions,
  • flying within their personal skill level.

While Here to Fly provides professional instruction and prioritizes safety, ultimate responsibility lies with the pilot.

4. Insurance

Valid insurance coverage is mandatory.

Before the start of the course, you will be required to provide proof of insurance.
❗If valid insurance is not provided, access to the course will be denied and no refund will be issued.

5. Equipment

  • Participants are responsible for their own personal equipment.
  • Certain safety equipment (e.g. radios, life vests) may be provided depending on the course.
  • Here to Fly is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal equipment.

6. Weather Conditions

All activities are weather dependent.

  • Schedules, locations, and number of flights are indicative only.
  • No guarantee can be given regarding the number of flights.
  • Weather-related decisions are final and non-negotiable.

The quality of coaching and instruction remains guaranteed, regardless of weather limitations.

7. Cancellations & Changes

Cancellation, refund, and rescheduling conditions are detailed in the Cancellation Policy section of the website.

In the event of unsuitable weather conditions, Here to Fly may propose:

  • a rescheduled date, or
  • an alternative solution, without obligation of a full refund.

8. Conduct

Any unsafe, reckless, or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate exclusion from the course, without refund.

9. Personal Data

Personal data collected through the website or bookings is used solely for:

  • course organization,
  • safety management,
  • communication related to Here to Fly services.

You may request access, modification, or deletion of your personal data at any time.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (texts, images, logos, videos) is the exclusive property of Here to Fly.

Any reproduction or use without prior authorization is strictly prohibited.

11. Applicable Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the country in which Here to Fly is registered.

Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
