This Shipping Policy applies to all physical products purchased on the Here to Fly website.

Please note that digital products, courses, coaching, and training services do not require shipping and are delivered electronically or in person.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • Europe

  • Selected international destinations

If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us before placing your order.

3. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

4. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times depend on the destination and carrier:

  • Domestic (within Europe): 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–15 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs processing, weather, or carrier delays.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • destination,
  • package weight and size,
  • selected shipping method.

Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Tracking Information

When available, a tracking number will be provided by email once your order has been shipped.

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Here to Fly is not responsible for:

  • customs delays,
  • import taxes,
  • duties or fees imposed by local authorities.

These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number,
  • photos of the damaged package (if applicable).

We will work with the carrier to find a solution as quickly as possible.

9. Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Here to Fly cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
